Attorney General of Justice will give open class on combating corruption
Event is part of the end of the school year of the Escola Superior do Ministério Público and the international day against corruption
The Escola Superior do Ministério Público (ESMP) will hold a closing conference for the academic year of all courses held in 2014. The event takes place on December 9 (Tuesday), at 19 pm, in the ESMP auditorium and is open to everyone interested.
On that date, the International Day Against Corruption is celebrated. Therefore, the conference will feature an open class given by the Attorney General of Justice, Márcio Fernando Elias Rosa, on the theme “Corruption as an obstacle to development”.
For Márcio Elias Rosa “corruption is a determining cause of obstacles to development, but it also suggests that, in the legal path, new perspectives for its understanding should be established, seen as an enemy of democracy. It demands effective forms of combat and a broad discussion of its genesis ”.
Registration is free and open to the public.
