October 23, 2007 - The strengthening of economic, political and State institutions for the prevention of bureaucratization and corruption is the theme of the seminar that Instituto Hélio Beltrão holds, with the support of the Brazilian Institute of Ethical Competition (Etco), in October 24 and 25, in Brasília. The event aims to identify the main structural and cyclical causes of excessive bureaucracy and their role as factors in inducing deviation from ethical conduct.
