The State Government and the Brazilian Institute of Ethics in Competition (Etco) sign an agreement next Monday (21), at 14 pm, at the Governorate (CAB) to combat tax evasion. The President of Etco, André Montoro, the Secretary of Finance of Bahia, Carlos Martins, and Governor Jaques Wagner will be present.
The Finance Secretariat will receive business intelligence tools, developed by Microsoft to assist in the use of data generated from the Electronic Invoice. The software will be a powerful tool in combating tax evasion. Etco aims to promote an improvement in the business environment and encourage actions that avoid competitive imbalances caused by tax evasion.
