The search for increasingly simpler internal procedures in the Judiciary of Rondônia is a reference for the entire country. For this reason, on May 12, Porto Velho will host the first National Meeting to discuss the implementation of methods for managing work routines, which must be carried out in 50% of the country's first-degree judicial units by the end of the year. Another of the 10 goals proposed by the CNJ, this one, number 5, establishes that Brazilian courts improve the management of work processes, discussing and discovering ways for unnecessary bureaucracy to give way to efficiency.
For the president of the TJRO, Judge Cássio Rodolfo Sbarzi Guedes, the CNJ's request for Rondônia to demonstrate to the other courts the experience of success is yet another recognition of the efforts of civil servants and magistrates. "This facilitates the search for the main result of the action: making it faster to meet the demands brought by people to the courts," he commented.
Since last year, the Court has been conducting Process Simplification workshops, nine of which have already been concluded. With the remaining four, 100% of the first level judicial units will have participated in these activities. Servers and magistrates map and remodel work routines in notary offices in 23 counties in Rondônia. This saves resources.
The methodology used is innovative because it involves all the actors in the process, who really deal with each step. That way it is possible to know with greater precision where the bottlenecks and solutions are. The workshops are also transformed into training, as they contribute to the improvement of services.
Responsible for conducting workshops in the Judiciary of Rondônia, the Planning Coordination of the Court of Justice is preparing for the next activity in search of the simplification intended by the TJRO and CNJ. From May 3 to 12, in Porto Velho, the processes of Family, Finance and Tax Enforcement Courts across the state will be mapped and discussed.
“With the participation of people who work directly with the processes, the dynamics of the activities flow more effectively”, evaluated the Assistant Judge of the Presidency Francisco Borges, who coordinates the priority goals of at the TJRO.
