Petrobras Distribuidora will hold another “Quality Day” in São Paulo (SP), this Tuesday (20th), an action of the De Olho no Combustível Program (DOC), in ten stations of its flag. The objective is to publicize the DOC brand and attest to the quality of the fuels sold at the stations certified by the program, in order to show the importance of combating the practice of adulteration.

The operation will have the support of four Mobile Quality Laboratories (LMQs), led by trained chemical technicians, and a Major Events Laboratory (LGE). Since 8 am, tests are being carried out at the following stations: Líder Bandeiras, Líder Santos Dumont, Objetivo, Maktoob and Oscar Porto. In the afternoon, starting at 14 pm, the itinerary goes through the stations Aplauso, Tutóia, Fórmula, Amazon and P. Nossa Senhora do Perpétuo Socorro.

To combat adulteration of fuel in its network of service stations, Petrobras Distribuidora created, in 1996, the De Olho no Combustível Program. “Monitoring the quality of fuels at Petrobras stations certified by the program has allowed consumers to safely supply, minimizing the risk of buying adulterated fuel,” says Luiz Claudio Caseira Sanches, director of the Petrobras Distribuidora service station network.
