Construtivo.com, a pioneer in the concepts of SaaS (Software as a Service) and Web 2.0, has just signed an alliance with Adobe to commercialize the server solution for BPM (Business Process Management) and workflow technologies.

The solution adds differentiated performances to BPM technologies, giving Lifecycle Management more sophistication and robustness in the collaboration of business processes, such as digital signature, for example.

In addition to providing a higher level of security in the process, the product offers data capture with guaranteed information, document production and management of content services, reducing bureaucracy and speeding up decision making. And all these differentials will be incorporated into the concept of interactivity driven by Web 2.0, which are native characteristics of Construtivo.com solutions.

“We started offering a more robust product to serve a larger share of customers, both within the architecture and construction sector, as well as in other diverse areas, such as energy, transportation, public administration and maintenance”, comments Marcus Granadeiro, general director of Construtivo.com.

According to the executive, the objective of developing new partnerships is aimed at two fronts. One of them is the monitoring of the infrastructure market, which, despite the economic crisis, continues to grow mainly due to the works of the PAC (Growth Acceleration Plan) and other major movements that influence this sector, such as the expansion project of transportation in the State of São Paulo. The other premise is to expand Construtivo.com's operations in other markets that need management in the administrative, commercial, financial and legal areas.

The company, founded ten years ago by the Santander Group conglomerate, in 2004 passed an MBO (Management Buy-Out) process, is a pioneer in providing 100% of its solutions in the form of software as a service for project and construction management, which involves the management of processes ranging from the viability of the projects, coordination to post-key maintenance.
Collaborative is currently used by more than five thousand users. The application is complementary to management software such as SAP, Oracle, Mega and Totvs. It maintains a total of 60 clients in its base, including Alusa, CTC, Cushman & Wakefiled, Duke, Fecomércio, HCOR, OAS, Schahin and Shell, in addition to providing the management tool for major works, such as Eldorado Business Tower, ( which adopted the Green Building concept), Grupo Santander, Museu do Futebol and Ponte Estaiada, in São Paulo, among other projects.
