Kapaz is today the executive president of the Brazilian Institute of Ethics in Competition (Etco), which aims to combat piracy, unfair competition, tax evasion and other counterfeits. One of its concerns is the “tax competition deviation”, an expression that is already included in the Constitution. It must be a euphemism for tax evasion - both half-note and total informality.
