In order to analyze factors that affect the business environment, the Brazilian Institute for Competitive Ethics - ETCO, in partnership with FIPE, promoted a workshop on public spending. The event discussed how public spending is used in four areas: Education, Health, Public Security and Human Resources. The results of the work will be presented at the Seminar “Improving the Business Environment”, which takes place on December 4th.
