Governor André Puccinelli launched yesterday (13) the Electronic Producer Invoice (NFP-e), which makes the documentation of the purchase and sale of animals in internal operations more modern, agile and economical - between rural properties or properties for industries within Mato Grosso do Sul.
Breeders of cattle, sheep, buffalo, pigs, poultry, and any other animal production will benefit, being able to print the invoice on the computer itself, without having to go to the Farm Agency to complete and sign the document.
The issuance by electronic means, will represent for a producer a financial cost of just over 5% in relation to what he pays today for the issue of each note.
According to Governor André Puccinelli, the new system that is beginning to be used in animal production is the beginning of a modernization, simplification, streamlining and cheaper relationship between the government and the producer, and will also reach the agricultural sector.
“The producer will be able to issue the electronic invoice on his computer, not needing to travel either from his municipality, nor from his residence, to the farm agency. And it is important to emphasize that the electronic note will have all the guarantees that exist in the paper note. (Government of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul)
A longer time to prepare the new model was due to guarantee the same safety criteria that existed on the paper note issued at Agenfa with the signature of the producer himself, ”said Puccinelli.
The presentation of the NFP-e was made by the governor and the Secretary of Finance, Mario Sergio Lonrenzetto, at a press conference that demonstrated how the new system will be operationalized.
The electronic bill that is being implemented by the State government will be valid for internal operations - of purchase and sale within the territory of Mato Grosso do Sul. Use is not mandatory; this is a facility that the tax authorities make available to the rural entrepreneur, through voluntary adhesion.
Stages The NFP-e project, developed by the Department of Finance's Modernization and Fiscal Intelligence Coordination, will be implemented in two stages. The first will serve animal producers.
From the 28th, ten volunteer producers will use the system, as a form of experimentation, and to subsidize the Farm in eventual adjustments.
From June 10, it will be expanded to all cattle and buffalo breeders. And on June 25, all other producers.
The second stage, starting on July 15, will place the Electronic Producer Invoice at the disposal of farmers, replacing the checkbook note.
According to secretary Mário Sérgio, in addition to speedy transactions, the convenience of not traveling to Agenfa, not facing lines and having the issue refund amount reduced from R $ 7,00 to R $ 0,40, electronic system will give the producer two important consultation services. "He will be able to check, through his computer, the entire list of NFP-es that he issued and that were issued against him". “
This will help when organizing the notes to make the income tax declaration, for example ”, highlighted Governor André Puccinelli. (Government of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul)
