The Commercial Junta of the State of São Paulo, an organ linked to the Secretariat of Finance that celebrates its 2010th anniversary in 120, launched this Tuesday (8/6) Jucesp Online, a system that will simplify and facilitate access to the Junta's information and services , allowing access to files and documents of more than 5,4 million companies in São Paulo. It is the biggest action to reduce bureaucracy and open a database among commercial boards ever carried out in the country, as highlighted by Governor Alberto Goldman, during the event. According to Goldman, this tool “will reduce a lot of bureaucracy because all the actions taken today in person, and that demand time, with queues and fees, will be eliminated, and with them the cost that this entails not only for the public power, but for the government itself citizen".

The new Jucesp Online can be accessed quickly and safely by any citizen via the internet at www.jucesp.fazenda.sp.gov.br and brings among the main novelties the possibility of free access to documents and registration forms without the interested party having to attend the Board or its decentralized units (see the list of available services). “From the office or even from home, through the internet, the user will have access to research and certified printing of documents”, emphasizes the Secretary of Finance, Mauro Ricardo Machado Costa. For the secretary, Jucesp Online promotes “a very big advance in terms of transparency of information held by the state of São Paulo, which will make life easier for the citizen. Instead of him going to Jucesp to face lines, he can get them online for free ”.

Thus, in addition to facilitating the lives of businessmen, accountants, lawyers and others interested in company data, the agency improved internal documentation services and face-to-face service, since more than 30% of the available workforce, which performed services that will be offered online, will be relocated. “In any case, we will start to provide a better service”, says Valdir Saviolli, president of the Commercial Board of the State of São Paulo.

Among the main novelties of the system is cost reduction: now, most of the services offered will be free online. The exception, with a small tariff, is for those documents that will still require analysis and internal intervention by the employees and employees of the Commercial Board, including specific certificates with requested content and request for a digital copy of the document.

In addition to allowing consultation of the Jucesp database, among the facilities that are being made available to the population are the online issuance of registration forms, certificates, digital images, requests and scheduling of face-to-face services.

One of the highlights of the new system is the search for companies by region. Using a georeferencing tool, it is possible to search for industries or commercial establishments throughout the state, refining the search by city, region, neighborhood or street. Thus, entrepreneurs or investors interested in opening a business will be able to map the competition or search for similar establishments, suppliers or services in their region.

Until the implementation of Jucesp Online, most of the services provided were offered through face-to-face service at Jucesp counters. By this method, users needed to comply with an extensive routine. To obtain access to a simple document, the user should print the application, collect the fees on the bank network and then go to the Jucesp headquarters with the entry protocol and formalize the service request. On average, the waiting time for orders varied between 5 and 15 days.

In order to host the new features of Jucesp Online, Junta Comercial simultaneously reformulated its website, which became more modern, agile and functional. In order to guarantee all the security and reliability of the data, from now on all documents issued through the internet will have a digital signature and a chronological seal, conferring authenticity, integrity and confidentiality to electronic transactions, also preventing any type of fraud.

The State Government invested around R $ 3 million in hiring the Official Press of the State of São Paulo to develop the structure of Jucesp Online. The Board put in place several complementary actions to structure the new service model. The main one is the digitization of the entire document collection. Each item processed is immediately placed on the website for users to consult. “Through this method, the user will be offered the opportunity to access and obtain copies of company social contracts, openings, changes and write-offs. We have all of this registered with Jucesp and he will be able to obtain a digital copy of these documents ”, informs Saviolli.

For the user to have free access to some of the new services from Jucesp Online, it will be necessary to have a user registration with login and password to access the system. To make life easier for the citizen, Jucesp decided to use the existing registration at the Treasury Department for the Nota Fiscal Paulista program. "We are not creating an additional registration, but unifying access with the same login and password of the Nota Fiscal Paulista", he explains.

The launch of Jucesp Online marks the beginning of the anniversary celebrations of the Commercial Registry of the State of São Paulo, which this year celebrates 120 years. “This project is a milestone for Jucesp. Other news will come next, Saviolli concluded.
