Adoption of the SPED project reduces paper consumption, storage costs, truck stoppages at tax points and simplifies companies' accounting management

In an unprecedented agreement in the national market, NFe do Brasil, a specialist in electronic tax intelligence solutions, closed a partnership with Bradesco to provide an electronic invoice solution integrated with the collection system.

The enormous capillarity of Bradesco, which has about 57,1 million customers and more than 38 thousand service points spread across the national territory, will be a determining factor in popularizing this system that is part of the Federal Revenue's SPED Project. With this, the more than 800 thousand companies that sell products and are part of the mandatory substitution of paper notes for electronic versions by the end of 2010, will reduce costs with paper, printing, storage, besides saving time with the manual bookkeeping of information and truck stops at tax posts.

With this project, the country is becoming a world reference in professional management and also in reducing environmental impacts. According to estimates by IDEC (Brazilian Institute for Consumer Protection), to produce one ton of paper, two to three tons of wood, a large amount of water and a lot of electricity are needed.

Through this partnership, Bradesco Corporate Customers will be able to issue and send the NF-e for authorization by SEFAZ (Secretaria da Fazenda). Thanks to the integration with the receipt instruments (collection slip), they will be able to manage the entire billing process (issuing electronic invoices and generating collection slips) of companies through a single online tool. This ensures agility and work optimization, since it eliminates the need to enter data referring to a sale in two different systems. This computerization will professionalize the management of small and medium-sized companies and increase fair competition, since it will minimize fraud.

This new service, called Bradesco Integrated Collection with Electronic Invoice, is now available and is suitable for all companies that issue product invoices. According to the president of NFe do Brasil, Marco Zanini, the investment to ensure that the systems do not stop when the invoice is issued is very high, especially for small and medium-sized companies. “Therefore, with the solution offered by Bradesco, entrepreneurs of all sizes now have access to a tool that, in addition to being available 24 hours, allows the management of their collection process, from the issuance of the invoice to the payment of the boleto. ”.

In addition, the issuance cost per invoice becomes up to 70% lower than the average practiced in the market.

“We understand that this solution is an important service that we are adding to the Bradesco Collection for our customers who need to adapt to the mandatory electronic invoices and do not have an integrated tool that can help them in the management of these documents, says the executive director of Bradesco, Ademir Cossiello.

Investments

According to NFe do Brasil's estimates, this partnership should quintuple, by the end of the year, the number of customers using the company's systems. To support all this growth, the company invested approximately R $ 2 million in infrastructure, which includes the customization of the solution, the expansion of service channels and, mainly, the allocation of the tool in a redundant data center to ensure the high availability of the service. service.
