The event, which is the basis of this book, brought together the greatest scholars of the relationship between the two areas. The work consolidates the arguments that, more than identifying obstacles, indicate how they can be overcome. If the perspectives are different, the objective is common: what is wanted is to ensure a business environment conducive to the country's economic development.
