The Ministry of Justice yesterday opened expulsion proceedings against 20 foreigners appointed by the Piracy Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPI) as leaders in smuggling and illegal trade in pirated products in the country. They are Chinese, Koreans and Lebanese. By the end of the year, another 500 foreigners, who are already in the sights of the Federal Police, may be expelled, according to the ministry. The government did not release the list of names.
