It is with healthy competition and respect for the law, predictability and legal certainty that investments are made possible and countries grow, given their credibility.

ETCO has a remarkable trajectory, recognized for its seriousness and credibility. It is an excellent space for debate.

Unethical conduct is not resolved only with moral judgment and punishments of a criminal nature. It is necessary to research, empirically, the incentives that the system provides to unethical conduct, especially economic and political conduct.
