In the dry border region between Brazil, via Mato Grosso do Sul with the Paraguayan territory, crimes with characteristics of pistolings such as the one in Ponta Porã where Carlos Moreira Ferrer, 47, was killed by gunfire nine, millimeters around 22:40 pm yesterday, at Vinícius Soares do Nascimento street, downtown area or in Sete Quedas, in which the 40-year-old military police officer Hilário Rodrigues Filho was killed, executed with 11 shots also from a 18mm pistol, when was in front of her house at around 50:XNUMX pm yesterday, the facts are so commonplace for the border population, that she brings with her only a certainty beyond the deaths, that the perpetrators and the alleged principals will never be identified and punished by the Justice of one of the two countries.

TRIGGER PROFESSIONALS

Execution crimes attributed to professional trigger gunmen, who mostly use weapons such as 9 and 380 mm caliber pistols, 3,57 revolver, 50 point machine guns, 7,62 rifle and 12 caliber rifles, known as shotguns, that happened and have resulted in thousands of victims in the past four or more decades in the region; they are assigned at the behest of groups linked to electronic smuggling; drinks or cigarettes, and mainly those of drug trafficking, especially those working in the area of cultivation and production of marijuana or cocaine and crack stones, these two mostly narcotics, coming from the Bolivian or Colombian territories.
In the region, gunmen always working in pairs with the use of motorcycles or high speed cars for the eventual escape or in groups, formed by four or more men, they do not choose a time to reach their targets.

After the executions are finished, they, the gunmen, flee without being harassed, either to the side of the Brazilian territory or to the Paraguayan side, depending, of course, in a form of rotation in which of these areas, they consummated the crime, and vice versa.
The gunmen always act betting on “impunity” on the part of the justice of the two countries, as well as on the actions of the police forces that work in the border region, and when they go in search of their victims, they do not want to know if they would be close or not. family, friends or eyewitnesses.
They simply arrive by surprise, and without giving any opportunity for defense to their targets, execute them with large caliber shots, most of them having the target, the chest region and mainly in the head.

ODILON DE OLIVEIRA

In the head, specialists working in the border region in the police, judicial and other sectors, say that there is only one objective in this action, that if the victim escapes death, he will surely go through the rest of his life, with serious consequences, which prevent it from denouncing the perpetrators and alleged owners of the attack in which it was targeted.

In the executions carried out by the gunmen, they are said to be experienced men trained in dealing with thick caliber weapons, and that many of them would be from the police force, as well as from ex-military personnel in the Armies; of the Brazilian Military or Civil Police or former Paraguayan police, among others, who, having been exonerated for having committed a crime in their respective service units, start to “serve” as “gunmen” of the unscrupulous “barons of drug trafficking or contraband ”That infest cities that border both countries.

“Impunity” is given to the so-called “professional gunmen” and to the “alleged bosses” in the border region between Brazil and Paraguay, on several occasions it was attributed to Federal Judge Odilon de Oliveira, in most of his interviews for the media. communications, the weaknesses of the public security system of the two countries, in combating criminals.

Responsible for several condemnations applied to the most diverse “drug trafficking or smuggler barons” who use their influences to launder money; tax evasions among other crimes, Odilon de Oliveira has always had in his view that if there is no joint, serious and radical action by the police authorities of the two countries, this practice of crimes against life will never be extirpated in the border region. , although it is worth mentioning, that the majority of the victims, have always been or would be involved with one of the two groups of organized crime or when not, with robberies or in heinous crimes, such as robbery (theft followed by death) rapes, revenge, passion crimes , kidnappings, among other crimes.
