Summary

The motivation for this event stems from the finding that there is a gap in public knowledge and, in particular, of investment analysts and investors, of the losses caused to companies and the nation, by the action of the illegal market, which generates tax evasion, unemployment , loss of revenue and dividends.

Corporate social responsibility has been widely discussed from the perspective of actions, programs and projects offered to society, but it is also important to discuss the legislation in force and the performance of non-governmental organizations that have prevented advances in business and infrastructure projects. structure, essential for the growth of the national economy.

This forum for debates between investment analysts, investors, entrepreneurs, financial and capital market institutions, and representatives of the government, aims to create a favorable environment for proposing solutions aimed at the common good of the parties involved.

Current scenario

Investment analysts and investors need better information about the losses caused by unfair competition, and the obstacles faced by the industry in implementing new projects vis a vis the new legislation on social and environmental issues.
