Sealed posts of suspected candidate linked to PCC

The Civil Police today carries out an operation to seal 13 gas stations located in the capital of São Paulo and in Greater São Paulo belonging to Claudinei Alves dos Santos, Ney Santos, PSC candidate for federal deputy and suspected of involvement with the criminal faction First Command of Capital (PCC). Ney Santos is already responding to a police inquiry initiated by the Taboão da Serra Sectional Police on suspicion of fraud, fuel adulteration and conspiracy.

Dozens of civil police officers from the Taboão da Serra Sectional Police Station began enforcing warrants in the morning. In Greater São Paulo, the stations are located in the cities of Taboão da Serra, São Bernardo do Campo, Cajamar, Jandira and Carapicuíba. Law enforcement officers will also take a sample of the fuel for analysis at the Criminalistics Institute (IC) and other technical bodies.
