ETCO's President, Edson Vismona, participated in the opening of the 59th Encat - National Meeting of Tax Administrators, an event that aims at fiscal cooperation and exchange of best practices among state tax authorities.

In addition to promoting technical cooperation between state tax authorities, the Encat collegiate body is also responsible for the national coordination of electronic tax document projects in Brazil, such as the Electronic Invoice (NF-e), Electronic Consumer Invoice (NFC-e ), etc.

The event was also attended by the Secretary of State for Finance of Amazonas, Afonso Lobo and Gustavo Garcia, fiscal economist and main technical leader of the IDB's Fiscal Management Division.

“ETCO supports any and all initiatives that help to improve the business environment in Brazil. It is for this reason that we support projects such as the Electronic Invoice, the Recipient Manifestation and the Tax Intelligence System and we understand the importance of this meeting ”, declared Edson Vismona.

On that occasion, ETCO was invited to present its initiatives at the IDB's headquarters in Washington.
