The entity will be chaired by Júlio Cosentino, vice-president of Certisign, and will have as executive director and spokesman Antonio Sérgio Borba Cangiano, with experience in the IT segment and experience in groups such as Serpro, IMA, Prodesan, IBM, Unisys, Origin and ITI, among others.
