OAB approves new Code of Ethics and Discipline

The new Code of Ethics and Discipline for Advocacy was approved yesterday by the Full Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Among the changes in the original 1995 text highlighted by the entity's president, Marcus Vinicius Furtado Coêlho, are the regulation of pro bono law and the incentive to mediation and conciliation.
