Alfândega do Porto de Manaus, in partnership with the National Union of Tax Analysts of the Federal Revenue of Brazil (Sindireceita) and the Brazilian Institute of Ethics in Competition (ETCO), promotes, from April 13 to 17, the Original Week in Manaus / AM, an educational action aimed at combating piracy.
The activities that are part of the Original Week aim to sensitize society about the valorization of ideas, attitudes, projects, original products, combating smuggling, piracy, routing and also aims to reinforce the importance of taxes and citizenship. The initiative seeks to clarify the citizen about the risks and losses that the piracy cause to the country and the entire population.
The Original Week program begins with an exhibition on the evils of piracy and an opening ceremony on April 10 (Friday), at 14 pm, in the João Bosco Ramos de Lima auditorium, in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Amazonas. Then, lectures and educational activities will take place between April 13th and 17th, bringing fiscal education to students from public schools and local colleges.
The event will have the support of the Customs of Eduardo Gomes International Airport, Amazonas State Secretariat of Education (Seduc), Amazonas State Secretariat of Finance (Sefaz), the Federal Government's Comptroller General in Amazonas (CGU), Tax Education Group do Amazonas (GEFE / AM) and Union of Tax Officials of the State of Amazonas (Sindifisco / AM).
